Which Fire TV Stick should you use?
Any current Fire TV Stick runs 7 MOTION TV. The Lite and the standard Stick are fine for HD; the Fire TV Stick 4K Max is the one we recommend for 4K TVs and busy home Wi-Fi, because it has more memory and a better Wi-Fi radio. Older Sticks that lag in Amazon's own menus will lag in any IPTV app too, so test yours during the trial before buying anything.
Internet speed and Wi-Fi
About 10 Mbps per TV in HD and 25 Mbps in 4K. Most Canadian home plans exceed that; evening freezes usually come from Wi-Fi, not from the plan. Ethernet (Amazon adapter) or the router's 5 GHz band fixes most cases.
