Does Smart IPTV require payment to the app developer?
Yes — Smart IPTV charges a one-time €5.49 activation fee to siptv.eu after a 7-day trial. This is separate from our subscription. Alternatively, use NetIPTV or IBO Player which are free.
Will it work on a 2015-2017 Samsung TV?
Likely yes for Tizen TVs from 2017. For 2015-2016 models, support is limited — we recommend adding a $40 Fire TV Stick instead, which is more reliable and future-proof.
4K support?
Yes on Samsung QLED, Neo QLED, and Frame TVs. Standard 4K HDR10 is supported. Dolby Vision is NOT supported on Samsung TVs (Samsung uses HDR10+ instead).
